With 40+ years of combined experience across industries such as aerospace, industrial, and consumer goods, our team brings deep expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and distribution.

Pontic Capital is led by George Simadiris, who holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA from Indiana University.
With over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, George has held roles at every level, from engineering to senior executive management. He has worked with both middle market companies and global conglomerates with multi-billion-dollar revenues.
Leveraging his extensive expertise in engineering, manufacturing, research and development, operations, and management, he focuses on acquiring and scaling lower middle-market private companies to new heights.
